Western Range & River brings fishing and hunting together within one modern private sporting club. We partner directly with landowners, ranches, fisheries, guides, and sporting properties to create a growing network of opportunities for members who want better access and more time outside.

The club combines the relationships and local knowledge of a traditional sporting organization with modern technology built specifically for private outdoor access.

Hunting

Hunt beyond public land.

Western Range & River builds relationships with private landowners, ranches, and sporting properties to give members access to hunting opportunities throughout the West.

Our hunting experience is powered by HunterPass, giving members a single place to discover participating properties, explore available opportunities, and manage access.

From upland birds and waterfowl to turkey and big-game opportunities, our goal is simple: connect responsible hunters with exceptional properties and the people who care for them.

All hunting opportunities are subject to applicable licensing, seasons, regulations, property rules, and availability.

Built by people who know the West.

Our team brings years of experience managing private sporting access, working with landowners, serving anglers and hunters, and building relationships throughout Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.

Great access depends on more than finding good property.

It depends on

Trust.

Landowners need members who respect their land. Members need properties worth visiting. Both deserve a club that communicates clearly, operates professionally, and protects the relationships that make private access possible.

That’s what Western Range & River is built to do.

How It Works

One club.
Two platforms.
A lot more West.

Technology should make getting outside easier, not get in the way.

Western Range & River combines the personal relationships and local knowledge of a traditional sporting club with modern technology built specifically for private outdoor access.

Your membership connects you to both.

Membership

More than a membership.

Western Range & River is being built as a community for people who would rather spend another day on the water or in the field than simply talk about it.

  • Private Fishing Access

Rivers, streams, lakes, ponds, and destination waters.

  • Private Hunting Access

Opportunities across participating ranches and sporting properties.

  • Guides & Local Expertise

Connect with experienced professionals who know the water, land, and region.

  • A Growing Western Network

Beginning in Colorado and expanding throughout the American West.

Our Growing Vision

Built in Colorado.
Made for the West.

Western Range & River begins with deep roots in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region, with a long-term vision of creating exceptional hunting and fishing access throughout the American West.

Colorado is where the club begins. The states beyond it describe where we intend to grow — not where properties exist today.

Stewardship

Good country stays good because someone looks after it.

Water that runs cold and clean, banks that hold, cover that holds birds — none of it is an accident. It is the result of work, and most of that work is done by the families and managers who own the ground.

Western Range & River is built to support that work. Access fees go to the people doing it. Members are expected to follow every property rule, respect posted limits and seasons, and leave a place as they found it. Properties that are being pushed too hard come off the calendar — we would rather grow slowly than open more country than it can carry.

One percent of the platform’s profits is directed to land, water, and habitat conservation.

Profits, not revenue. The revenue version sounds better, and it is a promise a young platform cannot keep through the years it loses money. We would rather make the smaller commitment and actually meet it.

Which also means being straight about the present: until there are profits, there is a commitment and an accounting structure, not a check. That is why habitat stewardship sits on our roadmap rather than in our launch claims.

Founding Membership

Become a founding member.

Western Range & River is now building its founding membership. Founding members will be among the first to experience the club, help shape its community, and gain access as our network of fishing and hunting properties grows.

Tell us how you like to spend your days outside and we’ll send membership details for the side of the club you care about.

  • Your founding rate, held

Dues stay at the founding rate for as long as your membership stays current, and initiation is paid once — never again.

  • First call on new ground

A booking window on every new water and property before it opens to the wider membership.

  • A hand in what we pursue

We ask founding members which rivers, regions, and species to chase next — and tell you what came of it.

  • A numbered membership

Memberships are numbered in the order they are granted. Yours is the number you keep.

The hunting network opens in Colorado first. Founding members joining now are joining ahead of it, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

The West is waiting.

Thousands of miles of rivers.
Millions of acres of private land.
Extraordinary places most people will never experience.

Western Range & River exists to open more of them.
